Mitigation Technicians provide on-site services, working with Senior Technicians, Supervisors, and Management. You’ll be in direct contact with customers and must represent the company positively to build trust. Your tasks include:
• Evaluating and documenting damage from water, fire, mold, and storms
• Using specialized equipment to clean and restore damaged structures
• Communicating directly with customers and coordinating with the team to ensure top-tier service
• Supporting the office’s operations and growth strategy as needed

Reports To: Mitigation Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• High character with a commitment to honesty and integrity
• Strong work ethic, adaptable to long or irregular hours (including weekends)
• Ability to operate safely in hazardous environments
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire to help people in distress
• Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and respect for others
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 2-4 years of post-high-school education or an honorable discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces
• Experience in construction, renovation, or as a handyman
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and the ability to learn new software
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to manage people and projects
• Limited experience? No problem. We’ll invest in your training!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and growth) with opportunities for overtime pay
• Weekly paychecks
• Full benefits after 90 days, including health, dental, disability insurance, vacation days, 401(k) with matching, cellphone allowance, and performance-based bonuses

NOTE: If you have prior experience and IICRC certifications, you may qualify to start as a Senior Mitigation Technician, earning higher pay.
