Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee all bookkeeping tasks including complex accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end closings.
·         Conduct thorough financial analysis and report generation using advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables, macros, and complex financial models.
·         Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data with precise reconciliation of accounts and preparation of detailed financial statements.
·         Implement and oversee financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and efficiency.
·         Collaborate closely with the administrative team to optimize financial processes and integrate systems within the office setting.
·         Proactively engage in cost reduction strategies and budget review sessions to drive financial performance.
