Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly financial reporting.
· Conduct detailed account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
· Utilize intermediate Excel skills to perform essential functions such as maintaining spreadsheets and simple data analysis.
· Support administrative functions such as scheduling, managing communications, and maintaining office supplies.
· Assist with job costing activities and prepare invoices, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
· Streamline accounting processes using QuickBooks Online and maintain data integrity.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation Range: $50,000-$70,000
