Key Responsibilities:
· Perform core administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating staff meetings.
· Maintain office supplies and organize job files to support efficient office operations.
· Assist with general bookkeeping duties including invoice preparation and basic account management.
· Help ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations through meticulous record keeping and data analysis.
· Utilize basic Excel skills to maintain organized data records and perform simple data entry tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation Range: $50,000-$70,000
